Public Awareness

Logo Policy
As we prepare for our 100th anniversary in 2021, we must work to revitalize our brand image—an important step in building our global recognition. Toward that end, your SIA Board decided at its January 2017 meeting that SIA will no longer use the SI emblem. Having a consistent visual identity is essential to successful branding efforts, which affects SIA’s ability to increase our recognition, recruit members and fundraise outside our organization. Clubs have a transition period through December 31, 2019 to ensure the emblem is removed from all materials, except for emblem pins. Read the Logo FAQ for more information.
