Happy Holidays!
SIA headquarters wishes you and yours all the best this holiday season. We look forward to working with you in the new year to help women and girls live their dreams!

Mail Ballot Deadlines
All Laws and Resolutions ballots must be received at headquarters on or before January 6, 2015. Ballot materials are available in all languages on the Federation Information page of the SIA website.

Ballots for the Board of Directors elections in Western Canada, Japan Kita, America del Sur and Founder regions must be received at headquarters on or before January 5, 2015. Ballot materials for all regions participating in the Board elections are available on the SIA website.

Please contact headquarters if you have any questions or concerns on how to return your ballot so your club’s voice may be counted.

New Club Email System
As announced in October, headquarters moved all club addresses to Microsoft’s cloud-based Office 365 system on December 15. The new system will make administering the club email system easier for clubs and headquarters.

Beginning in late October, all clubs were sent three messages: one with export/import instructions to move address books and other materials from the old system into the new system. A second message in late November included the new login information and general instructions on how to use the new system.  A final reminder message was sent the week of December 8 with the new login information and instructions.

If you have any questions about the new club email account system, please contact headquarters at

New Club Brochure
A new, visually appealing club brochure is now available! The tri-fold pamphlet serves as an informative resource that can be customized with club contact information and printed. Click below to access the brochure in your respective language (Japanese coming soon!).

Wow! We are amazed by your generosity. On #GivingTuesday, Soroptimists came together to raise nearly $22,000 for women and girls—completely blowing our initial goal of $5,000 out of the water. You are incredible!

Whether you made a donation, took some time to volunteer, or gave a smile to someone who needed it on #GivingTuesday, thank you for making a difference.

Transform Your Legacy
By making a simple, transformational gift through your will or estate, you can change the lives of women and girls and at the same time create a legacy that lasts long beyond your lifetime.
